Article 1 | Definitions
Consumer : any natural person who acts outside a professional or business activity and makes a purchase from INAY Baby.
Distance contract : a contract concluded without physical presence by digital means.
Entrepreneur : INAY Baby BV, Ohmweg 57j, 2952 BD Alblasserdam, The Netherlands.

Article 3 | Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and distance sales.
The consumer will receive these terms and conditions before completing the order, digitally or on paper.
Article 4 | Offer and conclusion of the agreement
Offers are valid within the stated period or while supplies last.
Product descriptions, prices, shipping costs and conditions are clearly stated with each offer.
The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer orders through the Shopify checkout and receives a confirmation.
Article 5 | Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)
Consumers have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Article 6 | Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of:

Products that are custom-made or personalized.

Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Digital products delivered directly with the consumer's consent.
Article 7 | Refund after cancellation
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
The original payment and shipping costs will be refunded (excluding additional delivery options selected).
Article 8 | Prices and payment
All prices include VAT and remain valid for the period indicated.
Accepted payment methods: iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, etc.
Payment must be made within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
Article 9 | Delivery and execution
Orders are typically shipped within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
In case of delays or sold out products, the consumer will be informed in a timely manner.
Article 10 | Personal data and privacy
Consumer data is used exclusively for order processing, legal obligations and customer communication.
Data processing is carried out in accordance with the GDPR.
Article 11 | Complaints procedure
Complaints can be submitted by email within a reasonable time.
The consumer will receive a response with a proposed solution within 14 days.
Article 12 | Dispute resolution
Unresolved complaints can be submitted to the European ODR Platform.
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
