Return & Refund Policy – INAY Baby
At INAY Baby, we value your satisfaction and trust. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

The return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

The returned product must be complete and undamaged.

Proof of purchase is required.

Due to hygiene standards, opened or used care products cannot be returned.
How to return a product
To register a return, please follow the steps below:

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@inaybaby.com . Please include your order number and the name of the product you wish to return.

We will then send you return instructions and the return address.

Please pack the products carefully and return them to us.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a traceable shipping method. INAY Baby is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we'll process the refund within 14 days via your original payment method. If the entire order is returned, we'll also refund the original standard shipping costs (if applicable). Express delivery or shipping/upgrade fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Returns are not possible for:

Products that have been opened or used

Products returned after the 14-day return period
