Delivery time
Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM (CET) are usually processed the same day. After shipping, delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium takes an average of 1–2 business days. For other EU countries, delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on the location.

Postage costs

• Netherlands & Belgium : Free shipping on orders over €60

• Orders under €60 : Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout

• Other EU countries : Shipping costs and thresholds vary per country

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands using reliable logistics partners. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with European consumer law.

Returns Policy

• The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

• Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense

• After receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive a message whether the refund has been approved.

Note: Before returning an item, please contact us at info@inaybaby.com . Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will then send you the return instructions.
